Trauma-Informed Coaching and Therapy for Families, Teens, and Women with ADHD

You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need the right kind of support.

At Well Happy Minds, I offer trauma-informed therapy and coaching that meets you exactly where you are — with empathy, clarity, and strategies that actually make sense.

As a psychologist, therapist, and neurodivergent woman myself, I understand the frustration and burnout that comes from navigating emotional and behavioural challenges — whether as a parent, a teen, or a woman trying to hold everything together. You’re not alone, and you’re not too late.

Who Is This Support Designed For?

🔹 Parents of Neurodivergent Teens

If your child’s impulsive behaviour, meltdowns, or emotional shutdowns leave you feeling helpless, you’re in the right place. You’re exhausted from chasing referrals, tired of the blame game, and ready for trauma-informed strategies that actually work.

🔹 Neurodivergent Teenagers (with or without a diagnosis)

Whether it’s school refusal, emotional overwhelm, peer struggles, or identity issues — teens are often labelled instead of supported. My approach centres their lived experience and helps them develop real emotional regulation skills, confidence, and self-awareness.

🔹 Women with ADHD and Emotional Overwhelm

If you’re a woman who’s only recently discovered you’re neurodivergent — or you’ve known for years but still struggle — this is for you. My unique blend of therapy and coaching helps you unpack the emotional load, rewire self-beliefs, and build strategies that fit your brain. Together, we focus on building self-trust, regulating emotions, and moving from chaos to calm — without shame or burnout.

What Makes This Different?

You won’t find tick-box programs or judgment here. You’ll find:

  • Practical, evidence-based support backed by neuroscience and lived experience

  • An approach that blends trauma-informed therapy with coaching to create deep transformation

  • Strategies tailored for real-life parenting, relationships, identity, and ADHD challenges

  • A radically compassionate, no-blame space for healing and growth

Whether you’re navigating:

  • Teen meltdowns, shutdowns, or school refusal

  • Risk-taking behaviour or identity confusion

  • Emotional dysregulation or chronic overwhelm

  • Late-diagnosed ADHD in women and the emotional toll it carries

  • Burnout from trying to meet everyone’s needs but your own

You’ll receive support that centres connection, empowerment, and emotional wellbeing.
