Trauma-Informed Support for Families

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need support that makes sense to you — which is why trauma-informed support for families meets you where you’re at. I’ve walked in your shoes, so I speak your language.

Trauma-Informed Support is designed for:

Parents of neurodivergent teens who feel stuck in a rut, worried about a teenager’s impulsive behaviour and erratic emotions, and feeling pretty burnt out.

Neurodivergent teens navigating school, friendships, emotions, or diagnosis overwhelm. The current school system is not set up for the majority of our young people, and sometimes a little support around this goes a long way.

Ever wondered how to support a neurodivergent teenager? We offer strategies for teenagers with ADHD (and parents!) in the UK and beyond.

Whether it’s daily meltdowns, shutdowns, school refusal, identity, or big (and sometimes scary) emotions or behaviour — you’ll get expert, trauma-informed support grounded in psychology, lived experience, and actual solutions (no blame, judgment or quick fixes here).
