About Amy Green | Well Happy Minds
A Unique Approach to Emotional Wellness and Behaviour Change in Neurodivergent Individuals
At Well Happy Minds, I support neurodivergent families and frontline professionals who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and let down by traditional services. If you’re a parent or professional struggling to support a neurodivergent teen facing emotional or behavioural challenges — you’ve finally found someone who understands.
My name is Amy Green — a trauma-informed psychologist, neurodiversity coach, and founder of Well Happy Minds. I created this space after years of watching young people fall through the cracks of systems that didn’t know how to help them. Far too often, I’ve seen teens labelled “problematic” instead of supported with compassion.
Because I have ADHD myself, I get it — the frustration, the fear, the fatigue. I know what it’s like to feel unheard. I also know what works: practical, evidence-based coaching rooted in trauma science, delivered with empathy and respect.
🔹 I don’t just offer coaching — I offer a path forward.
🔹 I don’t just teach behaviour strategies — I help rebuild connection and calm.
🔹 I don’t rely on quick fixes — I equip you with tools that last.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or safeguarding professional, you’re not too late. You’re not alone. And yes — change is absolutely possible.
Let’s work together to create lasting transformation. Explore my 1:1 coaching options or get in touch to start the conversation.
Because You Deserve a Real Solution — Not More Waiting
Are you exhausted from being told “they’ll grow out of it” while your teen’s behaviour escalates?
Have you been dismissed by CAMHS or let down by a school system that doesn’t understand neurodivergence?
Do you feel judged or blamed, even though you’re doing everything you can to help your child?
You’re not alone — and this isn’t your fault.
At Well Happy Minds, I work with parents, professionals, and neurodivergent women who are ready to break the cycle of overwhelm and emotional crisis. You deserve strategies that actually work — ones grounded in neuroscience, compassion, and lived experience.
Why families, professionals and women with ADHD choose to work with me:
You want to reduce explosive outbursts, shutdowns, and emotional meltdowns
You’re craving tools that rebuild connection — not just manage behaviour
You need trauma-informed guidance, not tick-box training
You’re ready to feel empowered, not helpless
You’ve waited long enough. Let’s rebuild calm, restore confidence, and make lasting change — together.
