Hello, I’m Amy, a positive psychologist and trauma-informed coach.
I specialise in helping parents of neurodivergent teens (including ADHD and autism) and frontline professionals transform how they manage emotional behaviour, burnout, and stress.
My journey into coaching began with my own experiences on the frontline, witnessing the profound impact of ADHD and emotional challenges. Today, I am dedicated to helping families and professionals navigate these complexities with empathy and expertise, fostering environments where everyone can thrive.
